FIREFLIES- if you really catch a firefly and look at it, it is not such a pleasant sight.. in Kodai we lived next to a small stream.. yes like in fairy tales and romantic stories...loved the sound of that running brook.  We had many a bonfires in the night next to it.. sigh.. and those fireflies would hang around that water in the night ..  what a sight it was..

    thx veena and shy... those memories are just locked inside my head.. just the brook here is missing.. dint want to add too many things.. but shall paint another such bonfire pic next to the brook.. coming up soon...waited too long to indulge in these moments

    Vyshali, your comment abt fireflies made me feel that someone had gone inside my head & brought out those memories.. we used to live in Ooty/Kundah in Nilgiris.. I have experienced the same situation.. Amazing painting! Devi
